Have not heard you for a while. Wish you all the best.

My colleagues and I have double-checked the incident you mentioned in your last email. We find that in terms of the elements as per the sample you sent me by the UPS, tested by SGS here are identical to the compositions I provided you days ago. Translate this into plain English they have given the test results almost the same as they did before the loading. Meanshile, I’ve checked the process myself, and found everything was done according to the process stipulated ty ISO 9002.

Eric, we’re the best materials supplier in our area, reliable, trustable, cost-efficient and service-oriented. Does it sound like bragging? No. It doesn’t. I appreciate your order. I believe we can do the best next time for a perfect loading. We’re always willing to satisfy you.
