Dear Eric,

I'm glad to advise you that vessel “Golden Eagle” departed Bayuquan at 13:30 on March 15,2002. The vessel has beeen loaded 36,700 MT Dead-Burned Magnesite. She's expected to arrive at San Francisco 30 to 40 days. We have sent the same message to the ship-owner's agent-San Francisco Wharf Ltd. In San Francisco for the proper attention. Mr. Mark Edam is in charge, he can be contacted at 246-457-8907 in San Francisco.

Mr. Ma Jun will arrive at San Francisco port to supervise the discharging when the vessel gets into the berth there. He will get in touch with Mr. Martin L. Fan, a senior officer from SGS to have the random sampling, and there escorts the sample to the SGS San Francisco Lab. The sample will be split into two, one will be kept by SGS San Francisco and another one will be brought back by Mr. Ma Jun and have it tested here in Dalian, China. Mr. Ma is expected to pay a visit to your company. Please advise you're available for the meeting.
